The blazing summer sun rivets its penetrating rays across the land. It???s August! And Jamaica braces itself for its Emancipation and Independence Day festivities. It???s August! Bags are packed, buses are loaded, and all across the land from Negril to Morant point, there is unrestrained buzz of excitement, a flurry of activity as scores of individuals young and young at heart converge at some location away from all this hustle and bustle. The long awaited moment has arrived, months of preparation will climax in one week of fellowship, spiritual upliftment and fun???Camp is here!

Each year, scores of Christian youth gather together for a feast of spiritual enrichment called Camp. They realize that this week affords them opportunities for fellowship, growth and spiritual edification. They understand that during this one week burdens will be lifted, spirits revived and faith strengthened. They know that these six days will build closer relationships with God, fellowship with Christians of like mind and bolster their Christian development. They have come that that one purpose and for the past thirty years have never been disappointed. That is why they keep coming back because each year brings with it a new experience.
