It is a common misconception that discipline and orderliness do not go well with fun and enjoyment. We beg to differ. The very fact that we are Christians says that we recognize a need to operate within the confines of commandments and the restriction of rules. We learn to see order and discipline not as walls closing us in but rather as walls closing out the dangers and consequences of lawlessness, and allowing us to enjoy true liberty and true freedom.
It is against this background that we are expecting each person???s full
co-operation in adhering to the rules of this retreat, as we all endeavor to
display Christian attitudes and behavior. The following rules were set by
administrators of visited Camp Sites in conjunction with our Retreat organizers as guidelines for the use of the facilities and the overall smooth operation of the Retreat. Please read them carefully and feel free to question any of the Camp Directors to clarify any aspect of the rules.
